GRIST collaborated with Auscontact in 2023 to assess and present the Service Excellence & Sales Excellence Awards.

The Award was based on GRIST’s assessment of submitted service calls, designed to objectively measure the quality of the customer service & sales conversation based on micro-behaviours demonstrated that drive great customer outcomes. Calls were submitted by range of industries across the country.
